This newsletter is the biggest thing to happen in Supreme Court land since Justice Kagan installed the froyo machine—and that’s saying something.

Prof. Vladeck provides invaluable insight into the affairs and workings of the Supreme Court as well as the legal issues that surround its caseload. Subscribing and supporting him in this endeavor was an easy choice. I can’t wait to read One First.

Instantly subscribed as I thought, "How in the world does he even have the time to *think* about doing something like this?" I'm def more a FedSoc kind of guy but tell my lawyer friends I'd be thrilled to see you on the Court. And not just because of your depth of devotion to our heroes in Flushing Meadows.
